As your Research Assistant, I’ll take the time-consuming legwork off your plate and help you find the perfect suppliers to bring your wedding vision to life.

I’ll source vendors that are not only available on your wedding date but also align with your budget and style. From florists and photographers to entertainment, styling, and beyond - I’ll do the digging so you don’t have to.

You’ll receive a curated shortlist of 5 trusted suppliers for each category, complete with their Lux Events by Renée pricing, availability, and a snapshot of what they offer.

I only recommend vendors I genuinely trust, many of whom I’ve worked with personally - so you know you’re in good hands.

Think of me as your behind-the-scenes bestie, making sure every recommendation fits your vibe, vision, and logistics.

The Perfect Planner

I’ll be right by your side to help source the perfect suppliers and bring your dream wedding to life.

From the moment we start planning, I’ll take care of all the essential wedding planner tasks, making sure you feel supported, organised, and stress-free.

I’ll keep communication flowing with your suppliers, assist with managing your budget, and act as your main point of contact in the lead-up to your big day.

Most importantly, I’ll create a detailed timeline and runsheet that maps out every moment of your wedding.

From morning prep to your first dance, I’ll make sure everything runs smoothly and nothing gets missed.

Whether it’s the big decisions or the finer details, I’m here to make the planning feel easy and the celebration unforgettable.

On - the - day Bestie

When your wedding day arrives, you deserve to be present, relaxed, and soaking it all in - not chasing down suppliers or worrying about what’s happening next. That’s where I come in.

As your On-the-Day Planner, I’ll be onsite from 11am to take care of everything behind the scenes. I’ll welcome and liaise with your vendors, assist with setup, and make sure your ceremony space is picture-perfect and ready to go.

Then, as your celebrant, I’ll guide you through a ceremony that’s heartfelt, personal, and totally you. No awkward moments, no stale scripts, just a genuine celebration of your love, delivered with warmth and a few happy tears (mine included). I’ll handle all the legal paperwork and make sure everything flows beautifully from start to finish

After the ceremony, I’ll help coordinate your photo session, assist your photographer with wrangling family and bridal party, and keep things running smoothly right through until dinner is served.

You won’t have to watch the clock, answer questions, or worry about a thing. I’ve got you covered — calm, organised, and always ready with a smile.

The Wedding Wingwoman

If you're after someone who can wear all the hats and keep things running like clockwork -I'm your go-to girl.

From 11am on the day right through to the dance floor, I’m onsite to make sure your celebration is smooth, stress-free, and full of good vibes.

Confirm and liaise with all your wedding suppliers in the lead-up
Help manage your budget and supplier logistics
Create a detailed runsheet and timeline for the day
Onsite from 11am until your guests hit the dance floor
Be the main point of contact for suppliers, family, and guests so you don’t have to lift a finger

As your Australian Registered Celebrant, I’ll take care of all the legal paperwork, provide a quality PA system, prepare your official Certificate of Marriage, and deliver a personalised ceremony that feels like you.

Then it’s time to celebrate!
As your MC, I’ll keep the reception running smoothly — cue the speeches, liaise with the venue, make sure meals are served on time, and bring the hype to the mic so you can relax and enjoy every minute.
